This competition aims to select the most interesting, according to traders, dairy products and fat yellow - available on the polish market. The idea of Lider Forum is to involve the trade in the FMCG sector in shaping the market trends. Traders are the one, who know at best, which products are gaining recognition in the eyes of consumers.
Top Kupiec – competition

Since 2010
Its purpose is to identify and honor those who are outstanding merchants. In this competition votes belong to trade managers and key –accounts of companies producing dairy products and yellow fats. Voters are asked to provide the name of a merchant and his evaluation. The merchants are evaluated on the following criteria: knowledge of the industry and assortment, knowledge of customer needs, being open minded to new ideas, interpersonal skills, honesty, reliability and consistency, propriety, ability to negotiate.
Top Sprzedawca – competition

Since 2010
It is designed to catch and reward the best teams working on the traditional cheese stalls. Through the competition we want to motivate employees to develop their knowledge and skills, moreover to build their job satisfaction.
The basis of this contest are questionnaires included in the Forum Mleczarskie Praktyka. They contain questions concerning: knowledge of cheese, selling skills, cheese slicing, principles stand arrangement, knowledge of enhancement, etc. Only members, who represent the traditional cheese stands in retail chains and delicatessen shops are allowed to send their questionnaires.
