Janusz is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, specialized at business administration with a focus at corporate financial management. He has worked at different positions in market research agencies, incl as analyst for the Polish food market. At Forum Mleczarskie he serves since 2007 as publisher, overseeing all projects related with the dairy industry. As editor he cares about the topics innovation and market research.

Monika graduated at Warsaw University of Life Sciences (SGGW), Food Technology Department in Warsaw. Starting to work at Forum Mleczarskie in 2003 as editorial assistant and later project manager, since 2010 she is responsible for the news sections of the related publications. Beside, Monika coordinates ad-sales, production and co-operation with photographers and freelancers.
